A year gone by without man’s best friend

One year ago today, Shiloh left me behind for the “Rainbow Bridge” – Life hasn’t been the same in the past year, but has been hard at times and a chaotic one to say.

The death of man’s best friend is probably harder than having a relative leave behind the joy’s of life, than it is with the spirit of human life itself.

Shiloh’s life was something of a gift, a gift that made me understand the values of life itself and the responsibilities of friendship between man and animal.

Whenever I look at his picture, the memories and the stories of his life flash forward as if he never left home. But, his love and spontaneous friendship and harmony would last a lifetime, no matter what.

I just hope, he’s doing well at the Rainbow Bridge and making friends with other dogs and animals that have left their physical lives here on Earth for the Rainbow Bridge.

It’s been a strange year, but an experience. Missing ya Dude!
